Accessibility

Last updated: July 26, 2026

DoctorBrand wants everyone to be able to use this website comfortably — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or magnification. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought, and the same standard applies to the practice websites we build and manage for clients.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That target guides our design system, our templates, and our review checklist before anything ships.

What we do

Measures we take across this site and the sites we build:

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions.
  • Keyboard operability — interactive elements are focusable, with visible focus states.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive tech.
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interface elements.
  • Forms with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging.
  • Motion kept modest, and reduced-motion preferences respected.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed or link to (for example scheduling tools, maps, or video players) may not fully meet the same standard. Where we can choose providers, accessibility is part of the choice.

Tell us if something's hard to use

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know — we'll fix what we can quickly and tell you honestly when something will take longer. Email support@doctorbrand.ai with the page address and a description of the problem. A real person reads it, usually the same day.
